ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A novel cosmetic skin moisturizer formulation is described which is non-irritating and non-stinging. It comprises, in percent by weight: Image which above total of ingredients result in about 15% to about 61.6% of the final total moisturizer formulation, and an aqueous phase including preservatives, color, and essences, which makes up the balance of the formulation. When the moisturizer formulation is used in a regime it aids in making sensitive skin less sensitive.
