The invention concerns novel cosmetic uses of phytosphingosine or one of its cosmetically acceptable salts, in particular its hydrochloride as slimming agent and/or as active agent stimulating leptin synthesis by adipocytes, for making a cosmetic composition for reducing subcutaneous excess fat. The invention also concerns a cosmetic treatment method for obtaining a slimming effect on the human body which consists in applying on the parts of the body to be treated a cosmetic composition containing phytosphingosine or one of its cosmetically acceptable salts, in particular its hydrochloride. The invention further concerns novel cosmetic compositions containing phytosphingosine or one of its cosmetically acceptable salts, in particular its hydrochloride, associated with a lipolytic agent selected among the group consisting of the adenylate cyclase enzyme and agents inhibiting the phosphodiesterase enzyme.
L'invention concerne de nouvelles utilisations cosmétiques de la phytosphingosine ou de l'un de ses sels cosmétiquement acceptables, en particulier son chlorhydrate, en tant qu'agent amincissant et/ou en tan qu'agent actif stimulant la synthèse de la leptine par les adipocytes, pour la fabrication d'une composition cosmétique destinée à réduire les surcharges graisseuses sous-cutanées. L'invention concerne également un procédé de traitement cosmétique destiné à obtenir un effet amincissant du corps humain selon lequel on applique sur les parties du corps à traiter une composition cosmétique contenant de la phytosphingosine ou l'un de ses sels cosmétiquement acceptables, en particulier son chlorhydrate. Elle concerne étalement de nouvelles compositions cosmétiques contenant de la phytosphingosine ou un de ses sels cosmétiquement acceptables, en particulier son chlorhydrate, en association avec un agent lipolytique choisi dans le groupe constitué par l'AMPc et ses dérivés. Les agents activateurs de l'enzyme adénylate cyclase et les agents inhibiteurs de l'enzyme phosphodiestérase.
