The proposed cosmetics container comprises a housing which can be covered by a cap and contains a cosmetic or medicinal preparation such as lipstick which is protected in the housing and can be extruded for application to the skin. Problems often arise as a result of using a solid but generally temperature-sensitive cosmetic agent. To prevent such problems arising, it is proposed that the preparation in question should have a consistency between that of a paste and a viscous liquid, and that the container takes the form of a dispenser with an actuation unit in the form of a push button and has a skin contact element with a delivery face and a dispensing valve. A particularly useful embodiment has the skin contact element arranged in a plane which is inclined in relation to the longitudinal axis of the housing.

Pour un tel récipient, l'utilisation d'un bâton de fard, par exemple, un bâton de rouge à lèvres, indéformable mais toutefois généralement sensible à la chaleur, présente constamment des inconvénients. En vue de supprimer de tels inconvénients, il est prévu, conformément à l'invention, que la préparation présente une consistance pâteuse à visqueuse, et que le récipient soit réalisé sous la forme d'un distributeur muni d'un organe d'actionnement (10, 20') agencé en bouton-poussoir et présentant un élément de contact avec la peau (31) muni d'une surface d'application (32) et d'une soupape distributrice (33). Suivant une forme d'exécution particulièrement avantageuse, l'élément de contact avec la peau (31) est prévu dans un plan incliné par rapport à l'axe longitudinal (x-x) de l'enveloppe (1).
