The invention relates to a method for counting and analysing an alloy by image analysis, characterised in that the method includes: (a) preparing a sample of said alloy; (b) predetermining thresholds for detecting inclusions by observing with magnification at least one field of said sample; (c) detecting inclusions of said sample according to the thresholds defined in step (b) and counting said inclusions; (d) acquiring images of each of said inclusions detected in step (c) and determining the size of each of said inclusions; (e) determining the chemical composition of each of said detected inclusions by the chemical analysis of each inclusion; (f) mapping said sample on the basis of images acquired during step (d), said map showing the spatial distribution of the inclusions, in which each one of said detected inclusions is represented by a graphical element, the size of said graphical element being proportional to said size of said inclusion, and the colour of said graphical element being correlated with said chemical composition of said inclusion.

L'invention concerne un procédé de comptage et d'analyse dans un alliage par analyse d'image, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend (a) La préparation d'un échantillon dudit alliage, (b) La détermination de seuils de détection des inclusions par l'observation, avec un grossissement, d'au moins un champ dudit échantillon. (c) La détection des inclusions dudit échantillon en fonction des seuils définis à l'étape b) et le dénombrement de ces inclusions, (d) L'acquisition d'images de chacune desdites inclusions détectées à l'étape (c) et la détermination de la taille de chacune de ces inclusions, (e) La détermination de la composition chimique de chacune de ces inclusions détectées par l'analyse chimique de chacune de celles-ci, (f) La réalisation d'une cartographie dudit échantillon à partir des images acquises à l'étape (d), cette cartographie montrant la distribution spatiale des inclusions, où chacune desdites inclusions détectées est représentée par un élément graphique, la taille dudit élément graphique étant proportionnelle à ladite taille de cette inclusion, et la couleur dudit élément graphique étant corrélée à ladite composition chimique de cette inclusion
