The coupler member is secured to the first end of the coupler housing. A cord connector is secured to the second end of the coupler housing. An electrical cord is electrically and mechanically coupled to the connector through the second end of the coupler housing. The electrical connector assembly provides a compact and portable electrical connector assembly that protects the housed connector from harsh conditions found in industrial and mechanical environments.
