COUPLING AND SEAL ASSEMBLY Abstract of the Disclosure The Assembly couples a plunger, at one end thereof, to a ram without bolting (with a resilient retaining ring) and receives the other plunger end in a high-pressure cylin- der through centering and sealing components combined within the cylinder. No elements of the Assembly are bolted together; the centering and sealing components are secured in the cylinder only by a single retaining ring.
