The present invention relates to a coupling apparatus (1; 101) for the pivoted coupling of two vehicle sections, with coupling elements (2, 10; 102, 110) which are arranged to pivot toward each other, and which can each be permanently coupled to a vehicle section. A brake arrangement (12, 18, 25, 26, 28; 12, 118, 125, 127a, 127b, 126, 128) operates between the coupling elements (2, 10; 102, 110) and forms an adjustable frictional grip between the coupling elements (2, 10; 102, 110), which blocks the ability of the vehicle sections to pivot toward each other. In addition, the brake apparatus (12, 18, 25, 26, 28; 12, 118, 125, 127a, 127b, 126, 128) comprises a hydraulic cylinder unit (18; 118) which operates on multiple radially acting brake elements (26, 28; 126, 128). The invention also relates to a vehicle with a coupling apparatus according to the invention.
L'invention concerne un dispositif d'accouplement (1, 101) pour accouplement à articulation pivotante de deux sections d'un véhicule, comprenant des éléments d'accouplement (2, 10; 102, 110) montés pivotants entre eux, et qui peuvent être couplés, respectivement avec une section du véhicule. Un système de freinage (12, 18, 25, 26, 28; 12, 118, 125, 127a, 127b, 126, 128), est monté opérationnel entre les éléments d'accouplement (2, 10; 102, 110), ledit système de freinage formant un entraînement par friction réglable entre les éléments d'accouplement (2, 10; 102, 110), lequel empêche les sections du véhicule de pivoter entre elles.
