Le tiroir (9) est découpé d'une ouverture en forme de boutonnière dont la partie à grand diamètre (9b) est traversée par la tête (9b) précitée alors que la partie à plus petit diamètre (9a) ne laisse passage qu'au fût cylindrique (3a) de l'ergot (3).
