This invention relates to a coupling for rapidly connecting a tube made of rigid material such as metal, or semi-rigid material, such as a plastics material. The coupling presents, at one end adapted to receive the tube, a bore whose diameter is substantially equal to the outer diameter of the tube, said bore being provided with at least one supple sealing means capable of coming into contact with one of the walls of the tube. Between the inlet orifice of the bore and the sealing means, the coupling comprises a housing which receives, for stopping the tube, a retractable member which is locally immobilized therein in the axial direction. The coupling and the seal of its bore are made of the same material, in a single moulding operation.
La présente invention a trait à un raccord permettant de raccorder rapidement un tube fabriqué d'un matériau rigide, comme le métal, ou semi-rigide, comme un plastique. Le raccord comporte, à une extrémité, conçue pour recevoir le tube, un alésage dont le diamètre est essentiellement égal au diamètre extérieur du tube; cet alésage est muni d'au moins un dispositif d'étanchéité souple capable d'entrer en contact avec une des parois du tube. Entre l'orifice d'entrée de l'alésage et le dispositif d'étanchéité, le raccord comprend un boîtier qui reçoit, afin d'arrêter le tube, un élément rétractable immobilisé localement dans le sens axial. Le raccord et le dispositif d'étanchéité de son alésage sont fabriqués du même matériau, en une seule opération de moulage.
