- 12 - COVER FOR A UTILITY BOX ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE The unsightly utility box commonly provided in the yard of houses of a housing development is covered by an ornamental rock or other ornamental body molded from a plastics material. The cover includes a cover portion extending over the whole of the utility box together with a base portion having a surrounding flange which can be fastened to the ground by screw fasteners. The device is provided simply for the purpose of disguising the otherwise utilitarian appearance of the utility box.
