ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A cover for containing an emergency air bag, provided on the inner surface thereof with a part of small thickness for easy fracture at the start of operation of the emergency air bag is formed of an olefin type and/or styrene type thermoplastic elastomer having a JIS A hardness of not less than 70 as determined in accordance with JIS K-6301 and a modulus of elasticity in bending of not more than 5,000 kg/cm2 as determined in accordance with JIS K-7203.
