The invention relates to an exchangeable cylinder jacket-shaped cover (1) made of pile whose pile threads (4) radially project outward. The aim of the invention is to provide a cover of this type, which has a high cohesive strength both in the axial as well as radial direction and which also has an outer and inner cylindrical contour that is as continuous as possible. To this end, the invention provides that the cover (1) consists of an endless helically wound pile strip (2) whose edges are interconnected by an endless helically running seam (5) without forming a step that disrupts the cylindrical outer contour.
L'invention concerne une structure de recouvrement (1) amovible qui se présente sous la forme d'une enveloppe cylindrique et qui est constituée de peluche dont les fils de poil (4) s'étendent radialement vers l'extérieur. L'objectif de cette invention est de former une structure de recouvrement de ce type, qui présente une forte cohésion non seulement dans le sens axial, mais aussi dans le sens radial, et qui possède en outre un contour cylindrique externe et interne extrêmement régulier. A cet effet, ladite structure de recouvrement (1) est constituée d'une bande de peluche (2) continue, enroulée hélicoïdalement dont les bords sont reliés les uns aux autres, par formation d'une couture (5) hélicoïdale continue dépourvue d'échelons qui briseraient la continuité du contour extérieur cylindrique.
