A coverall garment includes a fabric body having a torso engaging portion and a skirt portion that depends from the torso engaging portion. The skirt portion is divided into a first leg engaging portion, a second leg engaging portion and a crotch covering portion positioned between the first leg engaging portion and the second leg engaging portion. When the crotch covering portion is in a crotch covering position, a first side edge of the crotch covering portion is an extension of an inside edge of the first leg engaging portion and a second side edge of the crotch covering portion is an extension of an inside edge of the second leg engaging portion. The inside and outside edges of the first leg engaging portion are secured together, as are the inside and outside edges of the second leg engaging portion to cover the wearer's legs.
