The invention relates to a covering panel (1, 25) with a single piece of extruded support plate (2), made from synthetic plastic material, preferably at least in part of recycled synthetic plastic material, with a flat and even top surface (3), a bottom face (18) and with pairs of opposite sides (4,5; 34, 35) that are provided with complementary profile edges in the form of a male profile edge (6; 26; 36) on the one side and a female profile edge (7; 27; 37) on the other, where said male profiled edge (6, 26, 36) can be connected, in a clamping or anchoring manner, to a female edge (7, 27) of an equal adjacent covering panel (8, 28), preferably according to a direction D that runs perpendicular to said top surface. In their bottom face (18) there are a number of strip-shaped recesses (19) that run according to the direction of extrusion and that alternate in that place with a number of support strips (20), of which at least a part (46) has a width S along that bottom face that complies with 1,5T < S < 10T, and whereby 0,4T < C < 0,7T applies, in which C is the average depth of these recesses (19). The invention relates also to a process for the extrusion of a synthetic plastic plate.
L'invention concerne un panneau (1, 25) de couverture comportant une seule pièce de plaque (2) de support extrudée, constituée de matériau plastique synthétique, de préférence au moins en partie de matériau plastique synthétique recyclé, présentant une surface supérieure (3) plate et régulière, une face inférieure (18) et des paires de côtés opposés (4,5; 34, 35) dotés de bords profilés complémentaires sous la forme d'un bord profilé mâle (6; 26; 36) d'un côté et d'un bord profilé femelle (7; 27; 37) de l'autre, ledit bord profilé mâle (6, 26, 36) pouvant être relié, avec pincement ou ancrage, à un bord femelle (7, 27) d'un panneau (8, 28) de couverture identique adjacent, de préférence suivant une direction D perpendiculaire à ladite surface supérieure. Sur la face inférieure (18) se trouve un certain nombre d'évidements (19) en forme de bandes, qui s'étendent suivant la direction d'extrusion et qui alternent à cet endroit avec un certain nombre de bandes (20) d'appui dont au moins une partie (46) présente une largeur S le long de la face inférieure en question vérifiant la relation 1,5 T < S < 10 T, avec 0,4 T < C < 0,7 T, où C est la profondeur moyenne desdits évidements (19). L'invention concerne également un processus d'extrusion d'une plaque en plastique synthétique.
