The devices limit pointless losses of the heat or cold which previously accumulate in a dry or wet material, such as plant seeds, sand, water, etc...contained in the bag or cushion, heat or cold which is then returned on a continual basis to the part of the body to be treated, with a longer duration of effectiveness when the effects are used in heat therapy or cryotherapy.
