The coverstock comprises a film having a multiplicity of depressed areas and a greater multiplicity of apertures wherein each depressed area contains at least one aperture, the apertures are in both the depressed areas and in the areas between the depressed areas, essentially all of the depressed areas have curved perimeters and the areas between the depressed areas occupy 22-50 % of the area of the film.
