In a garment to be worn as headwear or a hat, it is known to have a six triangular paneled crown or dome with an air vent hole in each panel and a circular brim to travel around the bottom circumference of this crown. This headwear assembly consisting of a six triangular paneled crown and a circular brim will be constructed in a way to be a measured to fit headwear or a one size fits most, with adjustment tools such as but not limited to Velcro, leather straps, plastic fasteners, draw strings or buckles. The brim of this headwear will be shaped and molded in such a way it will resemble a cowboy hat styled brim.
