5204 CRACKING CATALYST COMPOSITION Abstract of the Disclosure An improved catalytic cracking catalyst composition which contains a rare earth exchanged crystalline aluminosilicate zeolite, clay, alumina, an inorganic oxide sol binder or typical alumina-silica type binder and combinations thereof and a minor quantity of platinum and/or palladium. A catalyst is particularly effective for the catalytic cracking of hydrocarbon feedstocks which contain high levels of sulfur and/or heavy metals.
