The present invention refers to a novel type of cracking furnaces comprising a firebox provided with cracking coils - the cracking coils having at least one inlet, at least one inlet section, at least one outlet and at least one outlet section - and burners, wherein the parts of the coils are shielded. The invention further relates to a process for cracking hydrocarbon feeds, making use of a furnace according to the invention.
La présente invention se rapporte à un nouveau type de fours de craquage qui comprend un foyer équipé de serpentins de craquage - lesdits serpentins de craquage comportant au moins une entrée, au moins une partie d'entrée, au moins une sortie et au moins une partie de sortie -, et de brûleurs, les parties des serpentins étant protégées. Cette invention concerne également un procédé de craquage de charges d'hydrocarbures dans lequel on utilise un four selon la présente invention.
