The invention relates to a crate (1), a set of blanks, a method for opening the crate, and a method and machine for the production of said crate comprising a tray (2) and a lid (3). The crate (1) comprises a first transversal side wall (4) which can be manually torn by a user from the rest of the crate. The other side walls (15) of the tray are exclusively fixed to the other side walls of the lid by one or several partially pre-cut portions (16, 17) and/or several glueing points enabling the walls to be dismantled by manually moving them apart and exerting a force in a perpendicular position to said walls.

La présente invention concerne une caisse (1), un ensemble de découpes, un procédé d'ouverture de la caisse, un procédé de fabrication et une machine de fabrication de ladite caisse comprenant une barquette (2) et un couvercle (3). La caisse (1) comporte une première paroi latérale transversale (4) arrachable manuellement par un utilisateur par rapport au reste de la caisse.
