ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE: A self propelled, four-way tilt off-road vehicle for use over a natural terrain. The vehicle comprises a mobile carrier of any conventional structure and a work base mounted over the carrier. A tilt mechanism joins the work base to the carrier for relative tilting movement of the work base with respect to the carrier about a pair of orthogonal axes to hold the work base level.
