This invention relates to a cream of the kind described in the preamble of claim 1 for topical treatment of visibly photodamaged skin caused by processes involving the influence of free radicals and where the cream also affects the energy production of the cells, wherein the active ingredients of the cream is carried in stabilizing cream base. The cream is characterised in 0.5% and 7% by weight d, 1-.alpha.-lipoic acid, between 0.05 and 0.5 % by weight coenzyme Q-10, between 0.001 and 3% by weight acetyl-1-carnitine hydrochloride, which constitute the active ingredients, whereby having a compound synergy effect.
L'invention concerne une crème, du type décrit dans le préambule de la revendication 1, destinée au traitement externe de dommages cutanés visibles dus au soleil et engendrés par des processus où interviennent les radicaux libres. Cette crème agit également sur la production d'énergie des cellules, les principes actifs de cette crème étant incorporés dans une base de crème stabilisée. La crème est caractérisée en ce que 0,5 et 7 % en poids d'acide d,1-.alpha.-lipoique, 0,05 à 0;5 % en poids d'une coenzyme Q-10 et 0,01 à 3 % en poids d'hydrochlorure d'acétyle 1-cartinine constituent les principes actifs, ayant un effet synergique des composés.
