ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE This invention relates to playground equipment comprising metal, generally upright units and rectangular cross-section having tubular strengthening inserts through each pair of opposing walls, the units cooperating with horizontal tubular members which extend through the inserts and which preferably are locked against longitudinal sliding by screw-threaded locking bolts engaging in holes of the tubular strengthening inserts.
