An adhesive for applying to a creping surface in the process for dry creping tissue paper is disclosed. The adhesive comprises cationic starch and optionally a polyvinyl alcohol and a water-soluble, thermosetting, cationic polyamide-epihalohydrin resin. The adhesive provides high adhesion and doctorability for dry creping.

La présente invention concerne un adhésif destiné à être appliqué sur une surface de crêpage au cours du processus permettant de crêper à sec du papier de soie. L'adhésif comporte un amidon cationique et, éventuellement, un alcool polyvinylique ainsi qu'une résine cationique polyamide-épihalohydrine soluble dans l'eau et thermodurcissable. L'adhésif assure un fort pouvoir d'adhérence et un pouvoir élevé d'étalage à la racle permettant le crêpage à sec.
