A hose end coupling (200) comprising a unitary one-piece stem (212) having an exterior barb end portion (215) and an exterior ferrule interface portion (217), with a unitary one-piece radially crushable ferrule (100) disposed over the stem (212), with a crushable socket portion (101) disposed about the barb end portion (215), a deformable attachment portion (102) disposed about the ferrule interface portion, and a torque communication portion (103) defined between the socket portion (101) and the attachment portion (102). The torque communication portion (103) may be strengthen through work hardening, corner sharpening, or the like. The socket portion (101) may retain a "C" shaped insert (505), one or more coiled inserts (605), or a plurality of stacked inserts (805), for gripping a hose end and the socket portion (101) might define a lip (107), with a seal (910) disposed in the socket portion between the insert (s) and the lip. Some embodiments of a "C" shaped insert define inner-circumferential teeth (506) and corresponding outer-circumferential depression indentions (508).
On décrit un accouplement (200) dextrémité de tuyau flexible comportant un embout unitaire monobloc (212) doté dune partie extérieure crénelée (215) dextrémité et dune partie extérieure (217) dinterface pour virole, une virole unitaire monobloc (100) susceptible dêtre écrasée radialement et disposée par-dessus lembout (212), une partie (101) de douille susceptible dêtre écrasée disposée autour de la partie crénelée (215) dextrémité, une partie déformable (102) de fixation disposée autour de la partie dinterface pour virole et une partie (103) de communication de couple définie entre la partie (101) de douille et la partie (102) de fixation. La partie (103) de communication de couple peut être renforcée, entre autres, par écrouissage ou par avivage des angles. La partie (101) de douille peut enserrer un insert (505) en forme de C, un ou plusieurs inserts enroulés (605) ou une pluralité dinserts empilés (805), destinés à saisir lextrémité dun tuyau flexible, et la partie (101) de douille peut définir un rebord (107), un joint (910) étant disposé dans la partie de douille entre linsert ou les inserts et le rebord. Certains modes de réalisation dun insert en C définissent des dents circonférentielles intérieures (506) et des indentations rentrantes circonférentielles extérieures (508) correspondantes.
