Essence of invention is principle of production of electric energy (direct current) with help of low-temperature cryogenic thermal battery, consisting of chain of bi- metallic thermocouples and cooling agent - e.g. liquid nitrogen. Based on fact that electric potentials difference (voltage) occurs on battery poles when one half of battery thermocouples is under cooling by liquid gas (nitrogen, oxygen, etc.) and temperature of the other half of thermo-battery thermocouples stays normal.
