A game which includes a gameboard and is played as a combination of croquet and billiard and wherein the gameboard and accessories are portable to be selectively transported and played indoor or outdoor. This game includes a gameboard with an elevated border fencing a top playing surface, a resilient strip fixed against the inner side of the elevated boarder, indentations formed by the elevated border to define ballcatching pockets spaced along the periphery of the elevated border, object balls, and mallets to strike the object balls whereby a croquet-billiard type game is played by standing players using the mallets to strike the balls placed on the gameboard at their feet. The gameboard includes a rigid base, a molded shell overlying the rigid base and forming the elevated border, and a carpet over the central playing portion of the molded shell. The rigid base and the shell may cooperatively form a walkway peripherally outward of the elevated border.
Cette invention concerne un jeu de croquet/billard se jouant sur un plateau portable, à l'extérieur comme à l'intérieur. Le plateau de jeu est délimité par une bande dont la face intérieure est coussinée et comporte des échancrures réparties sur le pourtour du plateau et constituant des cibles où loger les boules. Les joueurs prennent place sur le plateau de jeu pour frapper les boules à leurs pieds à l'aide de maillets selon les règles combinées du croquet et du billard. Le plateau de jeu comprend une base rigide, une coquille moulée superposée qui constitue la bande coussinée, et un tapis sur la surface de jeu. La base rigide et la coquille peuvent être assemblées de manière à réserver autour de la bande une bordure où les joueurs peuvent circuler.
