Subjects of the invention are new crosslinking agents for polymers with acid anhy- dride groups on the basis of amines or polyamines that are adsorbed on anhydrousmolecular sieve powder. In blends with the polymers containing acid anhydride groups and under water-free conditions, the new crosslinkers form crosslinkable polymer systems that are stor- age-stable at room temperature. The crosslinking reaction is triggered by water or elevated temperature, leading to desorption of the amines by the molecular sievepowder and reaction with the anhydride groups. The crosslinking products are very soft to hard compositions with different tensile strength, tear resistance, permanent set, glass transition temperature, heat resistance, adhesion, tackiness and chemical resistance. The polymer systems can be used in the manufacture of molding compositions, coating compositions, foams, adhesive com- positions, hot melt compositions and sealant compositions.
l'invention a pour objet de nouveaux agents de réticulation pour polymères à groupes anhydrides d'acides, à base d'amines ou de polyamines, qui sont adsorbés sur des poudres déshydratées de tamis moléculaires. Dans des mélanges avec des polymères contenant des groupes anhydrides et à l'état déshydraté, ces agents de réticulation forment, à température ambiante, des systèmes polymères réticulables stables au stockage. La réaction de réticulation est déclenchée par l'eau ou par montée de la température, ce qui provoque une désorption des amines de la poudre du tamis moléculaire et une réaction avec les groupes anhydrides. Les produits de réticulation forment des matières de consistance allant de très molle à dure et ayant des degrés différents de résistance à la traction, résistance à la déchirure, déformation permanente à la pression, température de transition vitreuse, résistance à la chaleur, adhésivité, adhérence et résistance chimique. Les systèmes polymères sont utilisés pour la fabrication de pièces coulées, produits de revêtement, mousses, matières adhésives, matériaux fusibles et matériaux d'étanchéité.
