The present invention discloses a method for preparing somatic embryo, which comprises planting a nuclear donor animal cell or its cell nucleus into an enucleate oocyte derived from a same or different animal species to the nuclear donor animal so as to form a nuclear transfer unit, and developing into somatic embryo under the suitable condition; as well as the uses of the somatic embryo obtained by this method.

L'invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'un embryon somatique, qui consiste à implanter une cellule d'animal donneur nucléaire ou le noyau de la cellule dans un ovocyte énucléé dérivé d'une espèce animale identique à celle de l'animal donneur nucléaire ou différente, de sorte qu'une unité de transfert nucléaire soit formée, et à induire son développement dans l'embryon somatique, dans des conditions appropriées. L'invention porte également sur les utilisations de l'embryon somatique obtenu par ledit procédé.
