The invention relates to the preparation of a crosslinked polymer film bearing ionic groupings. The inventive method consists in: extruding a material containing at least one prepolymer, polymerising the material after extrusion, and subjecting the extruded material to a chemical reaction in order to graft ionic groupings. The prepolymer includes repeating units, each consisting of at least one aromatic group (GA) and at least one functional group (GF). In addition, the prepolymer bears at least one group (GP) which can be polymerised thermally at a temperature above the extrusion temperature or photochemically, as well as at least one reactive group (GR) that enables the grafting of ionic groupings. The films can be used as a membrane for fuel cells or for electrodialysis, as an electrolyte of a lithium battery, a super-capacitor or an electrochrome device or as an ion exchange membrane.
L'invention concerne la préparation d'un film polymère réticulé portant des groupements ioniques. Le procédé consiste à extruder un matériau contenant au moins un prépolymère, à polymériser ledit matériau après extrusion, et à soumettre le matériau extrudé à une réaction chimique pour greffer des groupes ioniques. Le prépolymère comprend des unités récurrentes comprenant chacune au moins un groupe aromatique GA et au moins un groupe fonctionnel GF ; il porte au moins un groupe GP polymérisable par voie thermique à une température supérieure à la température d'extrusion, ou par voie photochimique, ainsi qu'au moins un groupe réactif GR permettant le greffage de groupes ioniques. Les films sont utiles comme membrane pour les piles à combustible ou l'électrodialyse, comme électrolyte d'une batterie au lithium, d'un supercondensateur ou d'un dispositif électrochrome, ou comme membrane échangeuse d'ions.
