A stent assembly comprises a proximal stent (20) and a distal stent (30) . Each stent has a tubular body defining a stent lumen (35a, 35b) and a circumference. A proximal flap (40) extends from the distal end (45) of the proximal stent and a distal flap (50) extends from the proximal end (55) of the distal stent. Each flap defines only a portion of the circumference. In an expanded state the proximal flap and the distal flap form a side branch support having a side branch support lumen. The side branch support lumen is in fluid communication with the stent lumen and has a longitudinal axis different from that of the stent lumen.
La présente invention concerne un ensemble d~endoprothèses comprenant une endoprothèse proximale (20) et une distale (30). Chaque endoprothèse comporte un corps tubulaire définissant une lumière d~endoprothèse (35a, 35b) et une circonférence. Un rabat proximal (40) s~étend depuis l~extrémité distale (45) de l~endoprothèse proximale et un rabat distal (50) qui s~étend depuis l~extrémité proximale (55) de l~endoprothèse distale. Chaque rabat définit seulement une portion de la circonférence. À l~état déployé, le rabat proximal et le rabat distal forment un support de branche latéral ayant une lumière de support de branche latéral. La lumière de support de branche latérale est en communication fluide avec la lumière d~endoprothèse et comporte un axe longitudinal différent de celui de la lumière d~endoprothèse.
