CRSP (Cysteine-Rich Secreted Proteins) polypeptides, proteins, and nucleic acid molecules are disclosed. In addition to isolated, full-length CRSP proteins, the invention further provides isolated CRSP fusion proteins, antigenic peptides and anti-CRSP antibodies. The invention also provides CRSP nucleic acid molecules, recombinant expression vectors containing a nucleic acid molecule of the invention, host cells into which the expression vectors have been introduced and non-human transgenic animals in which a CRSP gene has been introduced or disrupted. Diagnostic, screening and therapeutic methods utilizing compositions of the invention are also provided.
Cette invention se rapporte à de nouvelles molécules d'acides nucléiques, à des polypeptides et à des protéines sécrétées riches en cystéine (CRSP). Elle se rapporte non seulement à des protéines CRSP pleine longueur, isolées, mais également à des protéines de fusion CRSP, isolées, à des peptides antigéniques et à des anticorps dirigés contre les protéines CRSP. L'invention se rapporte à des molécules d'acides nucléiques de CRSP, à des vecteurs d'expression recombinés contenant une telle molécule d'acide nucléique, à des cellules hôtes à l'intérieur desquelles on a introduit ces vecteurs d'expression et à des animaux transgéniques non humains chez lesquels on a introduit ou rompu un gène de CRSP. Enfin, l'invention se rapporte à des procédés diagnostiques, thérapeutiques et de dépistage utilisant des compositions contenant ces nouvelles molécules.
