The invention relates to a cover (3) for closing an upper aperture (17) of the reaction chamber (15) of the crucible (2). The inventive cover (3) is substantially continuous and solidly provided with a solid annular filter seal (35) arranged between a lower peripheral bearing edge (29) and an upper peripheral edge (11) of the crucible (2). Said filter seal is embodied in such a way that it is used as a solid intermediate element for applying the lower edge (29) to the upper board (11). Said invention can be used, for example for aluminothermic welding, in particular in a tunnel or underground.
La présente invention concerne un couvercle (3) destiné à fermer une ouverture supérieure (17) d'une chambre (15) de réaction aluminothermique d'un creuset (2). Le couvercle (3) est sensiblement continu et porte solidairement, par un bord périphérique inférieur (29) d'appui sur un bord périphérique supérieur (11) du creuset (2), une garniture filtrante (35) annulaire, sensiblement continue, apte à constituer un intermédiaire sensiblement continu d'appui dudit bord inférieur (29) sur ledit bord supérieur (11). Application par exemple à la soudure aluminothermique, en particulier en tunnel ou en souterrain.
