The invention relates to a cross antenna comprising linear sub-antennas and to the associated processing. More specifically, the invention relates to an antenna (1) comprising: first (2) and second (3) linear sub-antennas which are equipped with sensors (21-2M, 31-3N) forming first and second line segments and generating a basic signal (Si', Gj'), the angle between the respective directional vectors of the first and second tangents to the midpoint respectively of the first and second line segments being between 30 DEG and 150 DEG ; an antenna processing device (4, 5) forming combined signals (VSi, VGj); a signal-processing device (6, 7) generating combined useful signals (TSi, TGj); a device (8) for calculating the correlation coefficients ([Cij]) between the combined useful signals; and a device (8) for generating a detection signal ([Rij]) when a correlation coefficient exceeds a threshold. The invention can be used, for example, to obtain an antenna having fewer sensors for an equivalent performance level.
L'invention propose une antenne (1) comprenant : une première (2) et une deuxième (3) sous-antennes linéaires munies de capteurs (21-2M, 31-3N) formant des première et deuxième portions de lignes et générant un signal de base (Si', Gj'), l'angle entre des vecteurs directeurs respectifs des première et deuxième tangentes au milieu respectivement des première et deuxième portions de ligne étant compris entre 30~ et 150~ ; un dispositif de traitement d'antenne (4, 5) formant des signaux combinés (VSi, VGj) ; un dispositif de traitement (6, 7) de signal générant des signaux combinés utiles (TSi, TGj) ; un dispositif de calcul (8) des coefficients de corrélation ([Cij]) entre les signaux combinés utiles ; un dispositif (8) générant un signal de détection ([Rij]) lorsqu'un coefficient de corrélation dépasse un seuil. L'invention permet notamment d'obtenir une antenne présentant un nombre de capteurs inférieur pour un niveau de performances équivalent.
