ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A crude oil burner assembly for mounting on the outer free end of a boom includes a skeletal, rectangular frame with front and side openings, upper and lower swivels defined by hollow elbows on the rear of the frame, a first transversely extending manifold for receiving oil from the lower swivel with burner tubes extending upwardly and outwardly therefrom, a second transversely extending manifold for receiving water from the top swivel with water tubes extending upwardly and outwardly therefrom for spraying water onto the burning oil beyond the front end of the frame, a third transversely extending manifold between the first two manifolds for receiving air which is fed through air tubes into a burner tip on the outer end of each burner tube, and bars connecting the air manifold to the oil and water manifolds, so that all of the manifolds, burner tubes, water tubes and air tubes can rotate together in the frame.
