Abstract of the Disclosure A bicycle structure includes a low slung seat and a pedal arrangement which is disposed ahead of the seat and just below the level of the seat. Thus, in operation, the legs of a rider of the bicycle will be in a substantially horizontal disposition whereby the bicycle will be propelled by the horizontal pumping motion of the rider rather than the vertical pumping motion of a conventional bicycle.
