A seat member is provided between the top edge of a cryogenic tube and its cap, the latter being modified to display a central opening. The latter is covered by a flexible portion of the seal member so that as the pressure conditions vary inside the tube under cryogenic temperatures, the flexible portion of the seal member is deformed thus providing a visual indication of the changes inside the tube.
