Provided are a therapy device used for cryotherapy and a cryotherapy planning device therefor. The freezing time and unfreez-ing time can be determined depending of the size of a therapy region. The cryotherapy device in-cludes a gas supply/exhaust system (100), a con-trol system (200) therefor, and a freezing probe system (300). The gas supply/exhaust system (100) supplies a freezing gas and an unfreezing gas to a probe (60) of the freezing probe system (300) to freeze/unfreeze of the therapy region near the end of the probe (60) by the Joule--Thomson effect. The control system (200) con-trols the gas supply/exhaust system (100) and creates therapy plan data for the control. The therapy plan data includes a freezing/unfreezing sequence to determine the freezing time and un-freezing time. The computer in the control system (200) determines the sequence. The se-quence is determined depending on the therapy size of the lesion according to the freezing/un-freezing characteristics of the tissue.
L'invention porte sur un dispositif de thérapie utilisé pour une cryothérapie et sur son dispositif de planification de cryothérapie. Le temps de congélation et le temps de décongélation peuvent être déterminés en fonction de la dimension de la zone à traiter. Le dispositif de cryothérapie comprend un système d'alimentation en gaz/d'échappement du gaz (100) et son système de commande (200) et un système de sonde de congélation (300). Le système d'alimentation en gaz/d'échappement du gaz (100) délivre un gaz de congélation et un gaz de décongélation à une sonde (60) du système de sonde de congélation (300) afin de congeler/décongeler la zone à traiter proche de l'extrémité de la sonde (60) par effet Joule-Thomson. Le système de commande (200) commande le système d'alimentation en gaz/d'échappement du gaz (100) et crée des données de plan de thérapie pour la commande. Les données de plan de thérapie comprennent une séquence de congélation/décongélation destinée à déterminer le temps de congélation et le temps de décongélation. L'ordinateur du système de commande (200) détermine la séquence en fonction de la dimension de thérapie de la lésion et des caractéristiques de congélation/décongélation du tissu.
