A crystal growing apparatus comprises a solid-state device (42) having a region (42a) where valence electrons are so controlled that the density of holes or electrons in the surface portion is controlled according to the environment of a solution (43) containing a polymer compound, a pair of opposed electrodes (44a, 44b) on both sides of the space above the region (42a), and electrical insulating members (46a, 46b) supporting the electrodes (44a, 44b). The region (42a) is an impurity region formed on a silicon semiconductor substrate. A crystal growing method comprises applying an electric field to a solution (43) through opposed electrodes (44a, 44b). A crystal of a polymer compound is grown in the solution (43) in the electric field in an electric state given to the surface of a region (42a).
L'invention se rapporte à un appareil de cristallogenèse comportant un dispositif à semi-conducteurs (42) possédant une région (42a) où des électrons de valence sont soumis à une régulation visant à maîtriser la densité des trous ou électrons dans la partie superficielle en fonction de l'environnement constitué d'une solution (43) contenant un composé polymère. Ledit appareil comporte également une paire d'électrodes opposées (44a, 44b) disposées de part et d'autre de l'espace situé au-dessus de la région (42a) et des isolants électriques (46a, 46b) supportant les électrodes (44a, 44b). La région (42) est une région d'impuretés formée sur un substrat semi-conducteur en silicium. Le procédé de cristallogenèse de cette invention consiste à appliquer un champ électrique à une solution (43) au moyen d'électrodes opposées (44a, 44b). On fait croître un cristal d'un composé polymère, dans la solution (43) placée dans le champ électrique possédant un état électrique donné, à la surface d'une région (42a).
