Crystals of 6-[4-(4-pyridylamino)phenyl]-4, 5-dihydro -3(2H)-pyridazinone hydrochloride trihydrate useful as a remedy for cardiac failure, etc.; and a remedial composition containing the crystals as the active ingredient.
