Pre-expanded particles of crystalline aromatic polyester-based resin which is excellent in expansion fusion bonding during expansion molding, and an in-mold expanded product being improved particularly in fusion bonding ratio and mechanical strength and an expanded laminate using the pre-expanded particles. The pre-expanded particles have a bulk density of 0.01 to 1.0 g/cm3 and a peak temperature of crystallization of 130 to 180~C, and can be suitably used in in- mold expansion molding. The in-mold expanded product is formed by the in-mold expansion molding of the above pre-expanded particles, and the expanded laminate is prepared by laminating a film or sheet of an aromatic polyester- based resin directly on the above in-mold expanded product and forming them in one piece.
La présente invention concerne des particules pré-expansées en résine de polyester aromatique cristallin se distinguant par ses bonnes qualités d'assemblage par fusion à l'expansion pendant le moulage par expansion. L'invention concerne également un produit expansé dans le moule et se distinguant par une amélioration des qualités et notamment du rapport d'assemblage par fusion et de résistance mécanique. L'invention concerne enfin un laminé expansé réalisé à partir de telles particules pré-expansées. Ces particules pré-expansées, qui présentent un poids volumique apparent de 0,01 à 1,0 g/cm?3¿ pour une température maximale de cristallisation de 130 à 180·C, conviennent particulièrement au moulage par expansion dans le moule. Le produit expansé dans le moule se forme grâce au moulage par expansion dans le moule des particules pré-expansées déjà décrites, et le laminé expansé s'obtient par laminage d'un film ou d'une feuille de résine de polyester aromatique directement sur le produit expansé dans le moule déjà décrit puis par un formage en une pièce.
