Disclosed are a crystallizing method of doxorubicin hydrochloride from a doxorubicin hydrochloride-containing solution, particularly a method for carrying out the crystallization in the presence of a poor solvent under a condition of 40°C or higher, and a doxorubicin hydrochloride crystalline aggregate having particularly an excellent solubility in water. Doxorubicin has the formula: (see above formula).
