This invention is a crystallization process for p-xylene recovery. A single temperature crystallization production stage (18) is used for producing p-xylene from a feed having an above equilibrium p-xylene concentration, such as from a toluene disproportionation process. Scavenger stages (42) are also used to raise the p-xylene recovery rate.
L'invention est un procédé de cristallisation destiné à la récupération de p-xylène. On utilise une seule étape (18) de production par cristallisation en température pour produire du p-xylène à partir d'une charge présentant une concentration en p-xylène supérieure à celle de l'équilibre, telle que résultant d'un procédé de disproportion du toluène. On met également en oeuvre plusieurs étapes d'épuration (42) afin d'élever le taux de récupération de p-xylène.
