The invention relates to a method for separating at least one material from a mixture comprising said at least one material, at least one second material and at least one third material, comprising at least the following steps: (A) bringing the mixture, comprising at least one first material, at least one second material and at least one third material, into contact with at least one hydrocarbon in a volume of 0.01 to 0.4 wt %, relative to the sum of the mixture and at least one hydrocarbon, in the presence of at least one dispersion agent as applicable;(B) adding of least one dispersion agent to the mixture obtained in step (A) as applicable in order to obtain a dispersion; (C) treating the dispersion from step (A) or (B) with at least one hydrophobic magnetic particle such that the at least one first material and the at least one magnetic particle accumulate (D) separating the accumulation product from step (C) from the mixture by creating a magnetic field; (E) splitting the separated accumulation product from step (D) as applicable in order to obtain the at least one first material and the at least one magnetic particle separately.

La présente invention concerne un procédé de séparation d'au moins une première substance constituée d'un mélange contenant ladite ou lesdites premières substances, au moins une deuxième substance et au moins une troisième substance, consistant notamment à : (A) mettre en contact le mélange contenant au moins une première substance, au moins une deuxième substance et au moins une troisième substance, avec au moins un hydrocarbure en une quantité comprise entre 0,01 et 0,4 % en poids, par rapport à la somme du mélange et d'au moins un hydrocarbure, le cas échéant en présence d'au moins un agent de dispersion, (B) ajouter le cas échéant au moins un agent de dispersion au mélange obtenu à l'étape (A), afin d'obtenir une dispersion, (C) traiter la dispersion obtenue à l'étape (A) ou (B) au moyen d'au moins une particule magnétique hydrophobe, de sorte que ladite ou lesdites premières substances et ladite ou lesdites particules magnétiques soient fixées par addition, (D) séparer le produit d'addition obtenu à l'étape (C) du mélange par l'application d'un champ magnétique, (E) diviser le cas échéant le produit d'addition séparé à l'étape (D), afin d'obtenir séparément ladite ou lesdites premières substances et ladite ou lesdites particules magnétiques.
