The present invention relates to a culinary article (1) comprising a metal substrate (2) having a concave inner face (21) intended to be placed on the side of food which can be introduced into said article (1) and a convex outer face (22) intended to be placed facing a heat source, said inner face being coated in succession, starting from said substrate (2), with a hard enamel base (3), which is rough and contains no lead or cadmium, and then with a non-stick coating (4) covering said hard layer (3). The present invention also relates to a method of manufacturing such an article (1).
La présente invention concerne un article culinaire (1) comprenant un support (2) métallique présentant une face intérieure (21) concave destinée à être disposée du côté des aliments susceptibles d'être introduits dans ledit article (1) et une face extérieure (22) convexe destinée à être disposée vers une source de chaleur, ladite face intérieure étant revêtue successivement à partir dudit support (2) d'une base dure en émail (3) rugueuse et exempte de plomb et de cadmium, puis d'un revêtement antiadhésif (4) recouvrant ladite couche dure (3).
