2072357 9109517 PCTABS00005 In a tank (1) for the incubation or cultivation of aquatic organisms, there is a supply pipe (6) for water, and an outlet pipe for water, excess feed, excrement, dead eggs and the like. The outlet pipe (13) from the tank (1) has an intake area close to the bottom (3) of the tank, where this intake area comprises a suction unit (24a, 24b) for particle substances that are heavier than the water in the tank (1). The suction unit (24a, 24b) comprises one or more suction arms (24a, 24b) with an extended range since the suction arms (24a, 24b) are positioned so that they can move along the bottom at least part of the time water is being emptied. The suction arm or suction arms (24a, 24b) can move to cover an area that approximately corresponds to the shape and size of the bottom (3).
