A device and a method for cultivation capable of culturing liquid substances such as cells and plasma without variation by making uniform a current density, the device comprising a container (14) of a specified volume having a lower electrode (16) installed at a bottom part, a cover body (17) sealing the container (14) by covering the container (14) from the upper side, having an upper electrode (18) disposed opposedly to the lower electrode (16), and disposed opposedly to the container (14) in vertical direction, a cultivating member (20) inserted into the container (14) and having a hollow part (21) with a volume of a specified sectional area generally at a center position, a filter (25) disposed between the container (14) and the cultivating member (20), and a power device for flowing a current across both poles by applying a specified voltage to the lower electrode (16) and the upper electrode (18).
La présente invention concerne un dispositif et un procédé de culture capables de cultiver des substances liquides telles que des cellules et un plasma sans variation par la génération d'une densité de courant uniforme. Ce dispositif comprend un récipient (14) d'un volume spécifié qui possède une électrode (16) inférieure placée au niveau d'une partie fond, un corps (14) de recouvrement scellant ce récipient (14) en le recouvrant par le haut, ce corps possédant une électrode supérieure (18) positionnée en face de l'électrode inférieure (14) dans le sens vertical, un élément de culture (20) introduit dans ce récipient (14) et possédant une partie creuse (21) avec un volume d'une surface de coupe spécifiée, généralement dans une position centrale, un filtre (25) placé entre le récipient (14) et l'élément de culture (20) et un dispositif électrique destiné à envoyer un courant dans les deux pôles par application d'une tension spécifiée sur l'électrode inférieure (16) et sur l'électrode supérieure.
