The invention provides processes for culturing cells derived from embryonic retinoblast cells immortalized by adenovirus E1 sequences, preferably PER.C6TM cells, to improve product yields from such cells. Feed strategies for such cells and cultures with very high cell densities are provided, resulting in high yields of products, such as recombinant antibodies.
La présente invention se rapporte à des procédés permettant de cultiver des cellules dérivées de cellules embryoniques rétinoblastes immortalisées par des séquences d'adénovirus E1, de préférence des cellules PER.C6<SP>TM</SP>, afin d'améliorer les rendements de produits de telles cellules. L'invention concerne des stratégies d'alimentation de telles cellules et cultures présentant des densités de cellules très élevées, qui permettent de hauts rendements de produits, comme des anticorps recombinés.
