A cup holder tray having a plurality of cup pockets for receiving beverage cups therein, a finger spacing provided between two cup pockets, and a thumb-receiving surface above the finger spacing. The thumb-receiving surface can have friction protrusion to enhance friction with the thub. Each one of the cup pockets having a circular wall and a system of cup holding surfaces protruding inwardly from the circular wall and cooperating in holding a beverage cup to be pushed downwardly therein. At least one of the cup holding surfaces can be connected to the circular wall by a lateral wall on each side, the lateral walls having a planar section oriented roughly normal to the beverage cup during use.
L'invention concerne un plateau porte-gobelet ayant une pluralité de compartiments pour gobelets, destinés à recevoir des gobelets de boisson à l'intérieur, un espacement ménagé entre deux compartiments pour gobelets, et une surface de réception du pouce au-dessus de l'espacement. La surface de réception du pouce peut avoir une saillie de frottement pour améliorer le frottement avec le pouce, chacun des compartiments de gobelets ayant une paroi circulaire et un système de surfaces de support de gobelet faisant saillie vers l'intérieur de la paroi circulaire et coopérant pour tenir un gobelet de boisson en le poussant vers le bas à l'intérieur.
