Curable compositions comprising: (A) from 80 to 97.9 percent by weight, based on the total amount of components (A), (B) and (C), of a polyester component having an acid number in total of from 10 to 40 mg of KOH per gram of the component and consisting of one or more polyesters containing free carboxyl groups; (B) from 0.2 to 2 percent by weight, based on the total amount of components (A), (B) and (C), of a component consisting of one or more polymers or copolymers that each have an epoxy value of at least 3 equivalents per kilogram and a molecular weight (number average Mn) of from 800 to 20 000 and that contain identical or different structural repeating units of formula (I): wherein R1 and R2 are each independently of the other a hydrogen atom or a methyl group; and (C) a component consisting of one or more monomeric polyglycidyl compounds having an epoxy value of at least 3.5 equivalents per kilogram and a maximum molecular weight of 600, the amount of component (C) in percent by weight, based on the total amount of components (A), (B) and (C), corresponding to the difference between 100 and the sum of the percentage amounts of components (A) and (B) based on the total amount of components (A), (B) and (C); and (D) an accelerator for the reaction of epoxy groups with carboxyl groups are suitable especially as powder coating compositions.
Compositions durcissables caractérisées en ce qu'elles comprennent (A) 80 à 97,9 pourcent en poids, par rapport à la quantité totale de composants (A), (B) et (C), d'un composant polyester d'indice d'acidité, au total, de 10 à 40 mg de KOH par gramme du composant et comprenant un ou plusieurs polyesters contenant des groupes carboxyle libres ; (B) 0,2 à 2 pourcent en poids, par rapport à la quantité totale de composants (A), (B) et (C) d'un composant comprenant un ou plusieurs polymères ou copolymères ayant chacun un indice époxy d'au moins 3 équivalents par kilogramme et un poids moléculaire (moyen en nombre Mn) de 800 à 20 000, et contenant des motifs répétitifs identiques ou de structures différentes, de formule (I), dans laquelle R?1¿ et R?2¿ désignent chacun, indépendamment de l'autre, un atome d'hydrogène ou un groupe méthyle ; et (C) un composant comprenant un ou plusieurs composés polyglycidyle monomère, d'indice époxy d'au moins 3,5 équivalents par kilogramme et de poids moléculaire maximum 600, la quantité du composant (C) en pourcent en poids, par rapport à la quantité totale de composants (A), (B) et (C) correspondant à la différence entre 100 et la somme des quantités en pourcentage de composants (A) et (B) par rapport à la quantité totale de composants (A), (B) et (C) ; et (D) un accélérateur pour la réaction des groupes époxy avec les groupes carbonyle. Les compositions selon l'invention sont utilisées notamment comme compositions pour l'enrobage de poudres.
